The sensational Tammy WhyNot (Lois Weaver) will be performing at various sites across the UK as part of the Wellcome Collection’s Institute of Sexology Season.
Tammy WhyNot, the alter ego of Professor Lois Weaver, is back in the UK with her show What Tammy Needs to Know about Getting Old and Having Sex. The show, which is part performance and part chat show, sees Tammy discovering the truth about sex, and all its associations, at midlife and beyond. The latest run of the show is being developed in collaborating with older people in Brighton, Manchester, and London. For details of performances, see the Split Britches website: https://splitbritches.wordpress.com/.
As part of the Institute of Sexology season, Lois will also be convening a Long Table at the Wellcome Collection on 26th March. The Long Table is an experimental open public forum blending performance and round-table discussion. Taking the form of a dinner party, the Long Table seeks to promote public thought on a range of topics. For more information, see the Split Britches website: https://splitbritches.wordpress.com/.
